Mindfulness Matters Group

What is mindfulness? Mindfulness exercises are ways of paying attention to the present moment using techniques like meditation and breathing. Training helps people become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations so that instead of being overwhelmed, they’re better able to manage them.

The Mindfulness Matters group provides a guided tour through various practices and techniques that help us touch-in with ourselves at the present moment.

Dates: 2nd & 4th Monday of every month
Time: Alternating 11 am – 12 pm / 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Location: Online through Zoom
British Columbia Residents Only

To join the group contact: groups@cmhavf.ca
