On June 24, 2018, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) will host its 7th Annual “Ride Don’t Hide” event, the largest mental health bike ride in Canada. Thousands of Canadians from Newfoundland and Labrador to British Columbia aren’t hiding. They are cycling in plain sight to put an end to the stigma of mental illness. They are also riding to raise funds for mental health programs and services in their communities.
The Greater Vancouver Ride starts and finishes with celebration activities at Swangard Stadium, Central Park 3883 Imperial Street, Burnaby(south east corner of Kingsway and Boundary). The ride has four different routes( 10KM, 20KM, 60KM and 100KM). It is suitable for riders of all ages and all skill levels. All the routes start in Burnaby, travel through the streets of Vancouver and Richmond(60KM and 100KM) and return back to Burnaby.
